Made-to-Order Items

How are the diamonds selected?
Every made-to-order piece is crafted using diamonds personally selected during production by a Jewelry & Watch Connection Diamond Specialist.

Diamond Specifications

Color: Colorless (D, E, or F)

Clarity: VVS1–VS2

Certification: Both diamonds are IGI Certified

Will my diamond weight be exact?
The total carat weight listed is approximate. The actual total carat weight may vary slightly but will be very close to the stated weight.


Custom Designs

Can I create a custom piece?
Yes! If you have a unique design in mind, or would like to modify one of the pieces featured on our website, we'd love to help.

Simply contact us through our Contact page, and one of our jewelry specialists will work with you to create a piece that's uniquely yours. Whether you're customizing an existing design or creating something completely from scratch, we'll guide you through every step of the process.

Can I choose the diamond for my ring?
Yes! If you'd like to personally select the diamond that will be set in your ring, we're happy to help.

Simply contact us through our Contact page, and one of our jewelry specialists will show you the diamonds we currently have in stock that best fit your preferences and budget. You'll be able to choose the diamond that will be used in your ring, ensuring your piece is exactly what you're looking for.


Production Time

How long does it take to make a made-to-order item?
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production. Many orders are completed sooner depending on production scheduling and material availability.

Once your item is completed, it will be shipped immediately.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Made-to-Order Items

Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. Many orders are completed sooner whenever possible.

In-Stock Items

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to be uploaded, followed by approximately 3–5 business days for delivery.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Will I need to sign for my package?
Orders valued over $750 require a direct signature upon delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No. Orders can only be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, it must be canceled and placed again using the correct shipping address.

Returns

Can I return a made-to-order or custom item?
No. All made-to-order and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

What is your return policy for in-stock items?
Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customers may use the shipping carrier of their choice when returning eligible items.
