Custom and Made-to-Order Jewelry

Many of our items are custom made or made-to-order specifically for each customer.

Because custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, all sales of custom or made-to-order products are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for verifying all design specifications, ring sizes, engravings, and customization details prior to production.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery for eligible non-custom items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in original, unworn condition.
• Items must include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
• Items showing signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or made-to-order jewelry
• Personalized or engraved items
• Special order items
• Deposits or progress payments
• Brand new watches
• Items marked as final sale

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Deposits

Deposits placed on custom orders, special orders, or layaway purchases are non-refundable.

Shipping

We ship using reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Orders with a value exceeding $750 may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, our products are sold without any express warranty beyond those required by law.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery for evaluation.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, loss of stones due to impact, and unauthorized repairs are not considered manufacturing defects.
